Tata Bolt To be discontinued in India

Indian Car Maker Tata will discontinue to sell its Hatchback Tata Bolt as this car is unable to make impact in the Indian Market. The car is unable to make 10% of the sales of its rivals like Hyundai i20.  This also indicated that Tata Bolt Sport will not come to India.

With only 900 units average sales, company has sold only 17035 cars in 19 months. On other  hands the its rivals are making upto 9000 units per month.

The Tata Tiago is doing good since its launch so the company will shift its focus to deliver new model on Tiago version  like Tiago Sport for the newer options for the customers to leverage and increase the sales.

As per the latest Autocar India Show, the company is working on a  new performance-oriented version of the Tiago. Which is to be known as Tata Tiago Sport, this model will have a 1.2-litre turbocharged petrol mill that might return around 105bhp-110bhp. With such power, the Tiago Sport will become the only hot-hatch in its category.
