Specifications 

This motorcycle engine displacement is 373.2cc. There are 4no. of stroke. The maximum power of this motorcycle is 43 Bhp @ 9000 ram. The Maximum Torque is 35 Nm @ 7000 rpm.  The rear and front brakes are disc brakes.
Bajaj Pulsar SS400 is a first full fairing motorcycle thus it has a great buzz among the youngsters and riders who love sporty machines and cool designs. The bike has been designed on the lines of the Pulsar 200NS, which is a revolutionary machine in itself. The manufacturer has drawn a bright future of its own with the presentation of these scintillating products. SS400 is a production model by the company which is technically a sibling of KTM Duke 390 though. It is because the company has borrowed the engine of Duke to empower its Pulsar.

Thus, Bajaj Pulsar 400SS is powered with a 373.2cc, single-cylinder, 4-stroke, liquid-cooled engine. The engine comes mated with the six-speed manual transmission gearbox. The mill is quite furious as it has the capability to generate a supreme power of 40bhp. The bike is an Indian product that makes it quite apt for the Indian roads and conditions. The bike has been designed keeping in sight the pros & cons of the road conditions in the country.

Bajaj Pulsar SS400 can reach a top speed of above 150 kmph and will take about 7-8 seconds to reach 0-100 kmph acceleration along with an expected mileage of 25 kmpl.
Its appearance is pretty enticing as it shows-off rear wide tyre, day running lights, unique LED Taillight, unique alloy wheels, step-up seat, disc brake at both the ends, mono-suspension, digital plus analog instrumentation, etc. Anti-lock braking system is also incorporated to the wheels for superior security of the ride.

Safety features 

Super safety of ABS with disc brakes at both the ends keeps the rider highly safe. The bright headlights at the front gives enough visibility at night that minimizes the chances of accidents. The extremely visible tail light keeps the bike visible in the dark.
