RE Desert Storm with Disc brakes modified by Dirt Machine Custom Motorcycles
From last year Royal Enfield has started rolling of the disc brakes in bikes. Earleir they have been criticised for their braking mechanism because of drum brakes. However people having older RE bikes can also have the pleasure of safe riding with the disc brakes.
Dirt Machine Custom Motorcycles have now solution for this. They have modified a Desert Storm 500.
This bike was given by a tatto artist in Indore asking them to keep the bike compact and have the feel of an Enfield bike.
The bike was completed in 45 days. They have reduced the ground clearance. The front tyre of 120/17 and rear tyre of 150/17 are used. Aluminium wheels with 80 spokes are used. Front wheel got dual disc brake and rear got single disc brake system. Front Suspension is upside down and rear suspension has two gas charged springs.
They have fitted custom made swing arms for 150 wide tyre, Custom headlight and tail light, custom exhaust, comfortable seat and custom paint.
