The BN 302R will also look different with a new front end, courtesy the fairing and a new split headlamp. Benelli Tornado 302R is the first full faired motorcycle in the company's lineup. The expected launch date of this bike is May 2017.

Benelli Tornado 302R uses the same engine as the TNT 300. The 300cc, 2-cylinder motor on the machine produces a max of 35.5 BHP @ 10,000 rpm and 27.4 NM @ 9,000 rpm. The engine comes mated to a 6-speed gearbox. The suspension on the front is a 41mm USD forks whereas the rear uses central shock absorber.It is available in 3 shades: White/Red, Black/Red, Green/Silver.Its engine has 4-stroke, water cooled , 4 valves for cylinder, double overhead camshaft.Its compression ratio is 12:01.
It consist of tubeless tyre and alloy wheel. It gives a top speed of 170kmph.

The 302R for the Indian market measures 2157mm in length, 746mm in width and 1146mm in height. The seat height of the motorcycle is same at 780mm, with a fuel tank measuring 14 liters. The bike weighs 180 kg and gets a wheelbase of 1410mm. It comes with a nice ground clearance of 160mm.
