Nissan Qashqai India, Price, Launch Date, Mileage, Specification

Nissan retailed 2 million units of its SUV Qashqai in UK. It achieved this number in a  record time of 8 years since its launch in December 2006. While in India Nissan has been testing several  new products , its focus has been the SUV segment. The mechanic is looking forward to introduce the Qashqai SUV. This yet to be launched vehicle is  available with two petrol and diesel engine options. Its low range 1.2-litre DIG-T mill, which can deliver an average mileage of approximately 17 Kmpl. While its 1.6-litre DIG-T motor can give away 16 Kmpl. Coming to the diesel versions, its 1.5-litre dCi mill can give away a maximum of 26 Kmpl, whereas the 1.6-litre motor is said to produce a mileage of 25 Kmpl.

Its 1.2-litre mill is capable of producing a peak power of 113bhp of maximum power and yields 190Nm of maximum torque. While the 1.6-litre mill can be a power of 160bhp of peak power and yields 240Nm of torque. This mill is capable of producing 113bhp of maximum power at 4500rpm that yields in a pounding torque of 190Nm at just 2000rpm. The manufacturer might offer this engine with six speed manual and an Xtronic automatic transmission option for the buyers. On the other hand, its diesel variants are expected to be fitted with a 1.5-litre dCi mill that has 4-cylinders and 8-valves.. This mill is capable of unleashing a maximum power of 108.7bhp at
EBD and chassis control function including active energy brake, active trace control, and active ride control.
