Hero Splendor Modified by Avesh Customs

Introducing to you all another Hero Splendor Modified Bike that is transformed into a cafe racer style with Avesh customs. This bike has started its journey as a regular looking bike but you can see its final version in the style of a cafe racer. Avesh customs has completely transformed this bike into a very good cafe racer and I think no one will ever know that that is a luxury because so many changes have been made to this bike.

Hero Splendor Modified by Avesh Customs

As you can see in the picture above, many changes have been made to this bike like arm swings, wheels, frame, etc. So in this Article I will tell you what all the changes have been made to this bike so please read it carefully.

FRONT CHANGES:

The front view of the bike has been completely redesigned and gives a cafe racer style look to this splendid new paid 7.5 watt 5.5 inch rear-aligned lamp to a square-shaped head lamp. This is a Round drl led headlamp that looks great on night and day.

This Headlamp is placed slightly upside down and in the middle of the set with the Headlamp mount and looks good on this cafe racer because the size of the headlamp is small. The controlled display is placed next to the lamp and these indicators are very small but have a metallic size and are really light.

Apart from this the pre-suspension suspension has been modified to fix 110mm tires and disc brakes that do not normally fit into the stock bikes .The front mudguard is short and fitted with clip-on mounting which adds beauty to your bike.

TYRES & RIMS:

To give a Beefy look to this modified splendor both the front and rear wheels have been changed. Now the front wheel is fitted with a 110mm wheel and the rear wheel has been changed to 120mm parts. Both of these tires come from JK tire products and are readily available online and offline.

As you can see in the picture above the rear wheel is smaller on the outside and the bike length is longer compared to the stock bike because the rear arm is now extended by 2.5 inches.

Post-suspension suspension remains in stock and no changes have been made to upgrade the system and rear brakes. The rear footrest of the bike is not extended with a good riding position like a cafe racer as they have very high handles and front seats.

HANDLEBAR:

Now Comes the handle so you can look for the perfect cafe racer. You have to have high heels so the custom avesh makes a custom clip on the handlebars that are very short and are laid down slightly to lean forward.

Without rental handlebars the stock speedometer console has been completely removed. It gives it a retro look with a built-in rear speedometer and a small compass to add look and navigation.

This was the first time I had seen a compass placed along with a speedometer that not only helped to navigate but also showed the look because when you see the bike from the front it looks like a speedometer with two battery console is installed

FUEL TANK:

The Fuel Tank used for this bike is a stock petrol tank painted in red metallic cherry. The luxury gas station is a suitable fuel tank for all types of cafe racer designs and many variants use the luxury gas tank as a cafe racer fuel tank for their designs.

These tanks have a straight flat surface that fits well with straight seats which is one of the most important factors to make it look clean and complete.

REAR FRAME AND SEATS:

The back frame has been cut and made thinner and straight for one person to sit on. The rear frame fits perfectly with the fuel tank as you can see in the picture above. Both the fuel tank and the rear frame have a straight base that looks good on a cafe racer style bike.

The chair used here is a custom chair that is fully tailored with a cowboy style designed for the end. You will often see a cow in cafe racers.

The last point of the back frame has a curved design and consists of a led line used as a tail light.

EXHAUST:

The Exhaust system is upgraded with the aftermarket SC Non db killer exhaust with free flow pipe and looks good in terms of bike design.

CONCLUSION:

Splendor is still one of the best-selling bicycles in India and you may have seen many modified ornaments but the design of this beauty is especially complete with color combinations, extended arm and short rear frame with custom seats. I hope you also liked this beautifully modified cafe racer style so please share this article with your friends and comment on your feedback as you like it and what suggestions you can offer to improve its appearance.
