Strom R3 Electric Car Price in India, Specs, Mileage, Features
With increasing awareness and affinity towards electric vehicles among people, every automobile manufacturer is now concentrating toward new electric cars. In India also various startups are coming out with their concepts and prototypes for better sustainability and mobility solutions.
One Such Start up is Strom Motors. It is based in Mumbai and has came up with its Electric Reverse Trike Strom R3. This Trike has two wheels in front and one at rear. It is solution for the mobility in congested areas.
It is said that it will be offered in three 3 configurations - R3 Pure, R3 Bolt and R3 Current. There will be two options 80 Km or 120 Km to chose from.
Car will go on sale later this year. The starting price will be around 3 Lakhs. Top based model R3 Bolt can run upto 120 km in single unit and other two can run upto 80 km. The all three has same engine. It can produce maximum power of 17.4 Bhp and torque of 48km.
Car can charge in 6-8 hours and also get fast charging here it can charge up to 80% in only 2 hours. It has disc brake at front and drum brake at rear.
Seating capacity is 3 persons. It also features 7 inch touch screen infotainment system, voice activation features, Wifi connectivity etc.
Preorder for this has already started and its delivery will commence from November.
