Pulsar NS 200 Cafe Racer "Thunder" by Kunwar Customs
In the nation where Royal Enfield customisation is a major scene. We are showing you off beat Bajaj Pulsar NS 200 cafe racer modified by Kunwar Customs. They named it "Thunder".
The Jaipur based customisation house was willing to take challenging project and wanted to do some creative projects apart from RE bikes. This opportunity came in shape of Pulsar. They have successfully managed to give donor bike a Cafe Racer looks. Below are the images.
Kunwar customs have made all the major parts in house. Only components like semi digital meter, head lights and indicators were outsourced. Parts like fuel tank cap and lock were kept same as person can easily access them. They extended the fuel tank capacity from 10 ltr to 18 ltr. Also running LED indicators are fitted. 55w front led headlamp with DRL. Customs made cafe racer style handle.
The motorcycle has undergone various customization, such as new frame made, to meet cafe racer proportion and stance, fuel tank as well handcrafted to give a shape as true cafe Racer motorcycle. Sporty classic graphics line, Stock seat has been replaced with full Custom seat that can carry a pillion rider as well. New fairing added to coolant to give it heavier look. Hand made side panels.
Full Custom paint engine to body. Engine remains stock.
Cost of the such projects is in the range of 35-40 k.
